Not everyone loves the Supreme Court, but over the last few years, Slate's Dahlia Lithwick has gotten me interested. This morning's fascinating article about Justice Anthony Kennedy's taking up O'Connor's swinger mantle.



And so he's apparently getting love-bombed with strange new superpowers.
